Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Survey Guap ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Survey Guap website and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Eligibility

To use Survey Guap, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not have been previously banned from our platform

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use Survey Guap to:

  • Complete surveys and market research activities
  • Earn rewards for participating in surveys
  • Redeem earned rewards through available payment methods
  • Access your account dashboard and earnings history

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in surveys
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the system
  • Share your account with others
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Rewards and Payments

Earning Rewards

You earn rewards by completing surveys and other activities on our platform. Reward amounts are determined by survey length, complexity, and our partners' requirements.

Minimum Payout Threshold

You must accumulate a minimum of $10 in rewards before you can request a payout. This threshold may be adjusted at our discretion.

Payment Methods

We offer various payment methods including PayPal, bank transfer, and gift cards. Processing times typically range from 2-5 business days but may vary.

Reward Expiration

Rewards expire 12 months from the date they were earned if not redeemed. We will send reminder emails before expiration.

Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may have their reward balance forfeited. We will attempt to notify you before any forfeiture.

Survey Participation

Not all users will qualify for all surveys. Survey availability depends on demographic matching and our partners' requirements. We do not guarantee a minimum number of surveys or earnings.

Survey responses are used for market research purposes. You agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses to all survey questions.

Intellectual Property

All content on Survey Guap, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SURVEY GUAP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURVEY GUAP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF REWARDS YOU HAVE EARNED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Survey Guap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any unredeemed rewards.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We recommend redeeming any earned rewards before closing your account.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
